Join our different organisations raising awareness about consent
5 – 11 February 2024
During SASVAW 2024, we are asking all our supporters to follow us on social media and help to raise awareness about consent and healthy relationships. We are on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and will be answering lots of questions like, what is consent and why is it important, what is sexual violence and how do you know if you have consent.
You can also do lots of other useful things like share our posters, our Your Journey Guide for survivors and talk to your favourite venue about the Safe Space Pledge
Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2024 – Week of Action
Our colleagues at Notts SVSS are leading a Week of Action for SASVAW 2024 between 5 – 11 February. This includes easy yet impactful actions including joining our Consent Coalition Social Media Takeover, writing to your MP and wearing purple on Friday to raise awareness and stand in solidarity. The Consent Coalition stands together to say that Nottingham does not tolerate any form of sexual violence.
