Data Administrator
Data Administrator – FTE £27,454 per annum (pro-rata), 35 Hours per week – Permanent
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Administrator to manage our day-to-day data operations and support the senior management team in coordinating and producing monitoring reports for our funders.

Job purpose
To provide administrative support in the form of the day-to-day data management and administration, as well as assisting our senior management team in coordination and production of monitoring to funders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on the organisation’s database system, including onboarding for new staff, ongoing refresher sessions, and training for any updates/developments in the database.
- Collate accurate and comprehensive data reports and monitoring information in a timely manner.
- Assist the Data Officer in creating and maintaining database standards and policies, ensuring current processes are followed to a high standard and identifying any opportunities for improvement.
- Support Data Officer in database design, creation, testing, and maintenance of the database and assist staff in troubleshooting database-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
- Work closely with Data Officer and senior management team to align data administration practices with organisational goals.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in data management and administration.
- Proficiency in database systems, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate, interpret, and present data reports accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
- Proven ability to maintain efficiency and reliability in database systems.
- Familiarity with database policies, standards, and processes.
